Our gourmet black pudding is best described as an exciting fusion that is literally packed with the finest of fresh ingredients such as onions, ginger, garlic, chillies, herbs and spices to produce a truly unique and authentic gourmet taste experience.

We pride ourselves on the fact that Leah’s Gourmet Black Pudding has a recognised high meat content and is practically bursting with flavour while this product is regarded as being the “Lowest fat” black pudding on the market (with just 3.76g fat per 100g)!
