Pan-fried Chicken stuffed with Leah’s Gourmet White Pudding

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts (or substitute for turkey, it'll taste great too!)
  • 280 g Leah's Gourmet White Pudding
  • 1 pack good quality Parma ham
  • some salt & pepper for seasoning

Instructions

  • Slit each breast of chicken and make a small pocket.
  • Stuff chicken breast with Leah’s Gourmet White Pudding.
  • Season with salt & pepper.
  • Wrap each chicken breast in Parma Ham.
  • Pan fry each chicken breast & Parma ham until it’s golden in colour.
  • Put in pre-heated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
  • Slice and serve with salad and redcurrant jelly.
