Pan-fried Chicken stuffed with Leah’s Gourmet White Pudding
- 4 chicken breasts (or substitute for turkey, it'll taste great too!)
- 280 g Leah's Gourmet White Pudding
- 1 pack good quality Parma ham
- some salt & pepper for seasoning
- Slit each breast of chicken and make a small pocket.
- Stuff chicken breast with Leah’s Gourmet White Pudding.
- Season with salt & pepper.
- Wrap each chicken breast in Parma Ham.
- Pan fry each chicken breast & Parma ham until it’s golden in colour.
- Put in pre-heated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
- Slice and serve with salad and redcurrant jelly.
