Wild Atlantic Coast Scallops Leah’s Gourmet Black Pudding & a Tomato Relish

Ingredients

  • 4 10g slices Leah's Gourmet Black Pudding
  • 4 fresh Atlantic Scallops
  • tomato relish
  • sprig of fresh chervil

Instructions

  • Pan Fry the pudding on both sides for 1-2 mins set aside & keep warm.
  • In the same pan, cook the scallops for 2 mins on both sides set aside with the puddings.
  • Place the pudding on the serving plates top with the scallops & dress with Tomato Relish garnish with chervil!
